Program Description

By submitting your mobile phone number through our website forms, registration forms, booking forms, enrollment forms, or other contact forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from JM Soccer Academy LLC regarding youth soccer programs and related services.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the SMS messaging program.

If registering a minor for participation in a soccer program, the parent or legal guardian must provide SMS consent.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Enrollment & Registration Terms

Registration is considered complete upon receipt of required forms and full payment.

All payments must be made before the program start date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants and families must behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants. Inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

5. Health & Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions. Medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.

6. Waiver of Liability

By enrolling in programs, participants and guardians release JM Soccer Academy LLC, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation, except where prohibited by law. Governed by our Assumption of Risk, available at:

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, logos, branding, website content, and program materials are the intellectual property of JM Soccer Academy LLC.
